Connoisseurs of Maria Magdalena church knows what January 17 means for the entire mystery of Rennes le Chateau. Berenger Sauniere suffered a stroke that date. Madame Negre died this date. It is Antonius the Hermit's feastday , and so on.

But we must not forget the wonderful lighting effects in the church today.

Perhaps it is these lighting effects described in one of the secret documents that form the basis for all of this mysterious story.

The vast majority come to see the light effects in the west end of the church.

But there are other, far more interesting effects. On the wall to the left of the pulpit  a quarter to twelve you can see some light effects on Antonius the Hermit. Circles of Light moves toward the pulpit. In station I "The Lion of Juda  " is inlighted for a moment.

Five minutes to twelve hits the light The Book of St. Matthew  and it glows like gold.

Five circles of light are now moving into the front where Jesus stands. A blue hits the planet that Jesus holds in his left hand. With his right hand Jesus pointing  on three white and the red moves over the head of Jesus. A quarter past twelve light forms together with the pulpit an ANKH-CROSS above Jesus' head.

Pommes Bleues, Blue Apples is the name of the 17^th of January at Rennes le Chateau.

We discovered these luminous phenomena in 2011, but had only a few pictures. We had to wait until 2012 before the image series that forms the background of the video could be made.

Few looked with us   in 2012, more in 2013 and in 2014 appeared the newspaper Midi Libre. They thought here was something to write about. In 2014 saw more than 40 people this very special "light show".
